Before you send
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For standard clear acrylic and white PVC foam board the MOQ is 2 tonnes, roughly 50–100 sheets depending on thickness. Custom colours start at 3 tonnes. Roll media (vinyl, flex, films) can be mixed into the same container from 50 rolls per item.
Which sheet sizes and thicknesses do you produce?
Standard sizes are 1220 × 2440 mm (4 × 8 ft) and 2050 × 3050 mm. Cut-to-size is available up to 2050 × 5300 mm. Acrylic runs from 1 mm to 50 mm; PVC foam board from 1 mm to 30 mm.
Can you print our brand on the protective film?
Yes. OEM printing on the PE protective film and on kraft paper masking is standard, together with private-label carton and pallet labels.
Can one container mix sheets and rolls?
Yes. We regularly load 20 ft and 40 ft containers with acrylic, PVC board, vinyl and flex rolls together. Rolls fill the gaps above pallets, so a mixed load usually ships more value per container than a single product.
What is the production lead time?
Standard sheet orders ship in 10–15 days after deposit. OEM packaging or custom colour matching takes 20–25 days.
Do you send samples?
Yes. A4 samples and colour swatch chains are free; you cover the international courier fee, which we credit against your first order.
Which trade terms and ports do you work with?
We quote FOB Guangzhou/Shenzhen, CIF and CFR to 120+ destination ports, with T/T 30% deposit and balance against B/L copy, or L/C at sight for larger orders.
