The brief

Platform light boxes run 18 hours a day in tropical heat and humidity. The operator’s previous backlit flex yellowed within one season and showed visible LED hot spots, and campaign changes had to fit into a short overnight window.

What we supplied

We supplied backlit flex with an even diffusion coating matched to the operator’s LED module spacing, plus black-back vinyl for the frames and opal diffuser acrylic for replacement faces. Rolls were slit to the exact box widths to cut trimming time on site.

Outcome

Even, hot-spot-free faces across the network, a faster overnight change-over thanks to pre-slit widths, and a single container per quarter covering flex, vinyl and acrylic.
