About this material
Our PVC foam board is extruded on calibrated lines and laser-gauged across the full width, holding ±0.1 mm so it lies flat on UV flatbed beds. The surface is corona-treated for ink adhesion and masked with anti-static film so boards arrive dust-free.
Celuka boards have a hard, smooth skin for routing and outdoor signage; free-foam boards are lighter and cut easily with a knife for indoor display and exhibition graphics.

Why does PVC board thickness tolerance matter for UV printing?
UV flatbed heads run 1–2 mm above the media. A board that varies by 0.5 mm can strike the heads or blur the image; ±0.1 mm boards print clean edge to edge.
