The brief
Hundreds of double-sided hanging graphics had to be printed on a UV flatbed in days, be light enough for ceiling cables and stay perfectly flat under air-conditioning airflow.
What we supplied
We supplied 5 mm free-foam PVC board calibrated to ±0.1 mm with corona-treated surfaces and anti-static masking, so boards went straight from pallet to printer without wiping or head-height adjustments.
Outcome
The print house ran the job without head strikes or reprints and delivered the campaign on schedule.
