The brief
Strong sun and dust storms faded and tore the network’s previous banners within months, and large faces needed to stay flat in wind to keep the image readable from traffic.
What we supplied
We supplied coated (not laminated) frontlit flex with a heavier scrim and UV-stabilised coating, welded seamless widths to reduce joins, and advised on hem and eyelet spacing for local wind loads.
Outcome
Banners stayed flat and colour-stable through full campaign cycles, cutting mid-campaign replacements.
